BINAHARTS COURSES are a retreat for the soul!

I invite you to enjoy each four-week live online course. During each 1.5 hr. session, you will learn and share together in an intimate community of others who understand. Gain skills and tools to help calm your nervous system, parent with more confidence, and build a greater trust and connection with yourself, your spouse, your children, and your spirituality. Attendees will receive an intuitive sketchbook to download and print with notes for each lesson.

  • BINAHarts courses use creative and spiritual tools to tap into your subconscious and connect you with your authentic self, your deep inner knowing, your BINAH.

COURSE 1: Becoming present

  • 1: AWARENESS

    We explore the Jewish concept of Yishuv HaDaas, settled awareness or peace of mind.

  • 2: SUPPORT SYSTEM

    Grounding ourselves in positive memories of someone in our lives who has supported us on our journey.

  • 3: GRIEF

    We recognize our unique reality, allowing ourselves to feel ambiguous grief.

  • 4: FROM GRIEF TO GRATITUDE

    We shift towards an appreciation of G-d’s design, injecting ourselves with micro moments of gratitude.

COURSE 2: shifting our lens

  • 1: INTUITION

    Pause, bring awareness to our basic needs, time, energy, priorities, values, and any potential changes necessary.

  • 2: BEING NEURO-AFFIRMATIVE

    Understand the existence of different nervous systems without judgement. Learn to value your child’s/partner’s unique traits and experience of the world.

  • 3: CHALLENGES

    Unpack personal challenges and triggers from our children’s/spouse’s behaviors. Create more compassion and connection with your loved one.

  • 4: Lowering Demands

    Learn a different outlook towards parenting/marriage. Build and prioritize core values, set a new tone, and attune to your loved one.

COURSE 3: Compassion

  • 1: REAL SELF CARE

    Caring for yourself is fuel to support your ability to care for others. Explore what real self care truly is.

  • 2: TENDER SELF-COMPASSION

    Build a practice of mindful awareness, common humanity, and encourage yourself with kindness.

  • 3: FIERCE SELF-COMPASSION

    Learning to set boundaries that respect your values and your time.

  • 4: REFLECT & REVIEW

    Review previous classes and engage in a live Q and A. Reinforce the lessons, ideas, and insights gleaned. Leave feeling ready to care for yourself in ways that bring you renewed vitality.

COURSE 4: ACCEPTANCE

  • 1: ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR SITUATION

    How to make peace with our circumstances.

  • 2: ACCEPTANCE OF CHILD/LOVED ONE

    Recognizing our child/loved one as a gift - even with ongoing challenges.

  • 3: SELF ACCEPTANCE

    Reflect on who we are, how far we’ve come on this journey, and make plans to move forward.

  • 4: REFLECT & REVIEW

    Review previous classes and engage in a live Q and A. Leave feeling more accepting and understanding of your situation, your loved ones, and yourself.
